What is going on here?

This webpage was birthed by conviction. I spend an inordinate of time consuming other people’s ideas, art, performances, and stories. Somewhere along the way, I’ve picked up the idea that I want to create more and consume less. I do not know where this writing journey will take me but I do know that I desire to strengthen my creative muscle. This blog will explore ideas, conversations, people, stories, and anything else that I’m currently hashing out. I hope you enjoy reading. Feel free to talk to me about anything written here… that’s kind of the point!

About me

My greatest accomplishment is getting Molly Lane to marry me in March of 2014. Second to that is welcoming our sweet daughters, Cosette (2020) and Birdie (2022) into our family - you can read about their names in blog posts. We also have a golden retriever named Wanda who must not be forgotten. I’m a Formation Facilitator for Ascension Saint Thomas where I get to help our associates see the significance and sacredness of our work as a ministry of the Catholic church.
